Selfishness means the satisfaction of sensual desires — endless thoughts popping up in a cyclic pattern, all thought patterns related to the senses. Yet everyone is innocent to me; it is simply a pattern of nature.

Blessing — what does it mean? The whole world? The galaxy? From micro to macro, the entire universe.

Doing one thing — how do you keep doing it? Passion. How can you create passion? By doing one more thing.

The best version of oneself is a state of super-extreme emptiness: mindfulness with highly intense, focused flow state, open oneness, embodied and cyclic.

A state is changeable and cyclic. The whole world is cyclic. Selfishness is cyclic.
