7:38 am. Eyes open. Thoughts come and go — noticeably lighter than before. As always, both arms resting on the windowsill, the full body receiving the sunlight.
Looking at the sun, the sky, the whole of the trees — with warmth, a specific thought merges with me.
Help. Help exactly as much as you are doing right now — just that much. As you have been, as much as you can, help everything around you. Help all things. And if possible — pursue more. Not just as much as you can now, but more ideal, more efficient, with greater force and depth. Like being more alive than the you of right now, more excellent — in the way Tom Peters wrote about excellence in business: to pursue it relentlessly, to be in pursuit of excellence not as a destination but as a way of moving.
As you are right now — that is enough. But if becoming more means finding deeper meaning, greater efficiency, a more valuable standard of helping — then think it, feel it, move toward it. There is no obstacle in that direction. The strength to fight, and the strength to win without fighting — both are perfectly alive within it. Help. Without rest. Help.
Today’s one thing: to find what it truly means to help everything — emotionally, mentally, verbally, philosophically, in action, in relationship, in soul, in life itself.
Under the single intention of helping — every thought, every feeling, every soul, every action, every word — I allow all of it. Infinitely.
